Ya - hooo. I found an article on the Ubuntu forums on GroupWise on Linux =

it worked....=20
Before I was unable to read / send any HTML formatted documents. I am =
sending this from the GW client on Ubuntu=20
Some of the libraries they mention were already installed but the others =
were straight forward. Note that the Java client was installed previously =
on my system via Synaptic so steps 8, 9, and 10 were not done. Also in =
step 11 it would not work with the symlink linked to the current java. I =
left it as is / was and it seems fine.=20
