Do you know anyone in the GLAM sector who knew about Koha before then? Did they print off any web pages? The Trust will try to provide evidence that they used the term KOHA before that date. What about the Internet Archive/WayBack Machine? http://www.archive.org/ I think it gets used in some forensic cases, and has some legal credibility.
