Problems? Did you note the first three letters of the productID???

Of course the famous (urban legend) explanation for the choice of those 
three letters is that they encode HAL. HAL in turn was Arthur C Clarke's 
computer famous for saying "Just what do you think you're doing, Dave?"

You're a Robin not a Dave, but I still don't recommend you taking on HAL 
- or IBM!
(of course YMMV???)
