And Cliff, you perhaps, but not just you. ;-) It just seemed like a timely opportunity to remind folks of the limitations. For anyone who wants to have multiple email addresses involved, consider this: - Subscribing is simply tying an email address to the mailing list. A password is used to manage the subscription. - For any subscription you can configure delivery options including setting plain-text-only, getting digest mode, or getting no delivery at all. - So if you want to receive just one copy of the mailing list, to say, [email protected], but then be able to post to the list as, [email protected], do this: --- Subscribe [email protected], disable delivery. Still sub'd, still recognised by the mailing list, but not going to receive any mail from the list to this address. --- Subscribe [email protected], as usual. This will get mailing list traffic. Bingo. Done. Both addresses will be valid to post to the mailing list _from_ but only one will get email back.
