aBackup, a Sunday puzzle.

Hi

OS: Debian 10, Firefox, Cinnamon.

aBackup when attempted a backup --initially showed list of previous 
backups- now (where did it go), cannot re-access that list. anyone know  
watsa mata?

FINDINGS:

1) When opening, file flashes on then disappears within fraction of second.

2) Properties: Basic: all listings -Unknown, Permissions -"could not 
determine aBackup

3( /home/a/bin/rsnapshotBackup.sh:

#!/bin/bash
echo "backup of a home"
rsnapshot alpha
echo "done"
read -n

4) owner read,write, allow execute as a program yes
