I've seen USB footswitches, folks who do medical transcription use them and you can find them in many places, but have never seen a wireless version. A search for a wireless usb footswitch turn up this thing, which I'm fairly certain won't do your job: https://www.musiciansfriend.com/pro-audio/airturn-usb-wireless-at-104-for-pc ...and a search for a wireless USB switch was even less useful.
