Are Session and Wire good to install from the repository or otherwise?

Hi NMGLUG folks,

I'm wondering about using Session and Wire.
So, I'm wondering if anyone in this group has experience with these.
I found sites which offer downloads:
https://getsession.org/download
https://wire.com/en/download/

I also looked in the repository, but did not find them.
From searching online, I found these ideas for installing from the
repository:
https://deb.oxen.io/ for Session
https://installati.one/install-wire-debian-10/

Any ideas?
