I assume this means you have a reiserfs partition on the same drive as 
some flavor of windows, so setting up SAMBA isn't an option.

If you don't find something to use from windows, do you have the option 
to put that drive in a Linux machine, mount the reiserfs and windows 
partitions, and then move the desired files. This, of course, assumes 
that you only want to do this one time, since it would probably be a 
nuisance to do this with any regularity.
