In all fairness, I have read the thread on PLUG, and this thread, and
though I may be instigating more trouble:

We can't fix the confusion. If it offends you guys, you might think
about changing your name. We kindly direct anyone who shows up at our
meetings asking to your website / information. You may have had the
best of intentions, but it certainly is hard to tell from history what
is you imposing your will vs. you being sincere.

If we get offended, we will gladly come over and hijack some threads at
PLUG, throw in comments about peoples mental health history, and insult
websites. However, in the meanwhile we will probably return to low
traffic. Thanks for calling.

Also Note: Cliff - who is a good friend of mine, recently mistook me
for Josh Drake! Boy! What CONFUSION resulted. He got nonsensical
answers and couldn't understand WTF I was on about. Also, I was
completely mystified about why Cliff was asking me highly technical
fringe Postgresql questions. As it turned out, I don't have a legal
right to force Joshua Drake to change his name, but I still started a
personal flame war with him.

Also Also Note: Joshua Drake, long time compatriot recently messaged me
on gaim - asking me about technical details of the postgresql.org
community site. Being ever helpful (although quite mystified) I tried
my best to answer. It turns out that there is ANOTHER person named
Josh, and Josh was trying to reach Josh and instead reached me (Josh).
Although it's quite clear on paper, IRL it was confusing. This led to
frustration from Josh that I (Josh) did not tell him that I (Josh)
wasn't the Josh he (Josh) was looking for. However, since I (Josh) am
in fact Josh, I (Josh) saw no reason for his (Josh's) outburst.

thanks,

 Josh
