I am attempting to work with the Open Source BIRT reporting package =
against a MySQL database driven ticketing system and am feeling out of =
my depth. Is there anybody here on the list who has used this package =
and could give me some help setting up some reports with it. I would =
like an interface where I could supply customer, date range, and =
possibly billing codes, but would settle for a template that needs to be =
edited before each run. If nobody is available, can anybody recommend =
somebody that could help? I have a limited budget, but if we could =
agreed on a fixed project rate, I can run it past the steering =
committee...
