This was my suspicion.  I'm more than ready to leave behind the
100-degree / 99% humidity that we routinely have here.  Sure, portland
has drizzle, but at least I can deal with that. :)

Good idea -- I'll be renting a house with a basement.  Perhaps I can
rig something similar.
