Local Source for Used Laptops

A friend of mine is looking for a used laptop. He doesn't have room in 
his condo for a keyboard, monitor, and mini tower, but could find a 
place to use a laptop.

Where do you folks like for used laptops? Preferably local, but a known 
to be reliable web source would be all right, too.

Does anyone have experience with Budget Computers in Beaverton?
