Re: Help!

Thanks for the suggestions! I still am not sure what I'm doing, but may be making progress. My camera is a Fujifilm FinePix A330 3.2 mega pixels. 

I plugged in my USB port cord to my camera, found an application gPhoto which opened, but now I don't know what to do with it. There are lots of Fuju cameras listed but none match my camera. However, one did say it found it: Samsung Digimax 800K.

Is the Post Process where I would type in "gtkam," "gqview," or others you have suggested? I've done that and included the '%s' but nothing happens. Neither can I open any images. It says to select Camera-->Get Index to preview images; however, there is no "get index" under the Camera header.

I feel I am close, but still cannot get any images up. Am sure it must be something very simple. Any ideas?

By the way, when I'm told to use something like the "gtkam," I so new I don't have any idea where to look for it!  :-)
