Okay all,

You've been terrific and patient with me, and I'm confident we're going to figure this out. Yes, my machine is a Mandrake box. Dick, thanks so much for the excellent help on the different terms. :-) I have printed out the pertinent info so I'll have it at hand.

I don't have time now, but I hope to be able to absorb and try your suggestions tonight.
