iKernel failures almost always mean one of two things:
1) not enough permissions somewhere (and it won't readilly tell you
where :) Make sure everything under wine's "fake windows" directory is
writeable, and you have all necessary drives defined (C:, and whatever
else is mentioned in any of your Windows variables, like Y: in your
case).

2) unsupported installer (in which case you're pretty much screwed).
Sometimes you can copy installed program from Windows
