I typed the command without the $ and got this: 13597 ? S 0:07 cupsd 13719 ptsl S 0:00 grep cupsd I also pulled up the url "localhost:631" and found 20 print jobs. When I asked to cancel I got "Error: client-error-forbidden Copyright 1993-2003 by Easy Software Products, All Rights Reserved. The Common UNIX Printing System, CUPS, and the CUPS logo are the trademark property of Easy Software Products. All other trademarks are the property of their respective owners. How do I get permission to cancel these jobs (they are from October 5 to October 16)! Thanks! Alice
