I looked at open-xchange, it just seemed like a lot of work for what I
am trying to accomplish..but I might give it a whirl if I get some free
time. 

My current hack-job of a solution seems to do the trick for my small
business environment..I just wonder how larger places do it..and people
who work out of the office. copying a ics file around isn't the most
elegant way..but it's working out ok.
