returns:
/usr/bin/scp

i tried:
$ scp -P port -1 . [email protected]:/some/path/

returns:
Protocol major versions differ: 1 vs. 2
lost connection

then,
$ scp -P port -2 . [email protected]:/some/path/

returns the original errors mentioned..
