there is a reason why you wont find a download link to those packages
in the mandrivasoft official websites. my take is if you own a company
with a number of workstations then you are allowed to install it on
all the workstation on your company with no additional charge. but
that is not the same as giving out copies to separate entities. that
is what the "community edition" is for, and sadly the iso images for
that are not yet available because mandrivasoft is still trying to get
some roi on their investments. and then there is the issue of
proprietary components in those installers, if any.

when in doubt about distribution rights it would be logical to either
ask the source (mandrivasoft) or dont go with the distribution until
the issues are resolved. you are the one doing the distribution so
that responsibility will fall on your shoulders. i think your support
contract with your license will cover that. if im not mistaken you
will have access to mandrivaclub and mandrivasoft has a few employees
in there who can shed official light. :)
