Hi Alex, I have no experience with those programs, so what I'm going to say here must be taken with a grain of salt (or sugar, if you prefer... hehehe...) 1. Try WINE 2. Try CEDEGA 3. Or before they migrate, dump the database to plain-text files, comma-separated-values. THEN, import them to MySQL or PostgreSQL Happy Tuxploring!
