I think this is planned for publication in a print magazine (On
Campus). If it's under the same terms I have, then the magazine wants
first publication rights. =) (I asked them about it because I wanted
to repost my articles on my blog.) The author can republish it a month
after it comes out in print, and you can talk to the author about
copyright. =)
