First you have to get all the files on all the iso images and put them all in your http server, Burn CD1. Boot CD1 on the new pc, type "linux askmethod" on the boot prompt. follow the instruction until it ask you how you are going to install it, just choose HTTP then enter the appropriate information and there you go. jhuniepi wrote: > hi to all, > > i've downloaded 5 iso image of opensuse10. i have a windows pc and a > new pc which i want to install opensuse to. the windows pc contains > the 5 iso in c:\home. can i install opensuse10 via http using those > two machines. i have tomcat installed on windows and i want to use it > as http server. can you help me guys what are the procedures to do in > installing opensuse10 via http. > > TIA > > > > -- > cj pangilinan > linux user > >------------------------------------------------------------------------ > >_________________________________________________________ >Philippine Linux Users' Group (PLUG) Newbie Mailing List >[email protected] (#PLUG @ irc.free.net.ph) >Read the Guidelines: http://linux.org.ph/lists >Searchable Archives: http://archives.free.net.ph > >------------------------------------------------------------------------ > >No virus found in this incoming message. >Checked by AVG Free Edition. >Version: 7.1.362 / Virus Database: 267.13.10/190 - Release Date: 12/1/2005 > > -- Joel D. castro System/Network Administrator Angeles University Foundation Mac Arthur Highway, Angeles City, Pampanga Tel.
