No new subscription requests for the PLUG-Newbies mailing list will be
processed. The mailing list will still work for those who are already on
it, but everyone is encouraged to start using the unified PLUG technical
mailing list. Clean up work -- member list and archive consolidation,
and mailing list removal -- will be done between Christmas and New Year.
