Nous sommes heureux d'annoncer la cr=E9ation de la liste de courriel
"forum".  Cette liste ouverte =E0 toutes et tous est autant destin=E9e =E0 =
la
discussion au sujet de la politique et de la philosophie de Koumbit
qu'=E0 l'=E9change d'aide sur la configuation et la maintenance de certains
services qu'offre Koumbit.

L'utilisation de cette liste devrait all=E9ger le travail des
administateurs =E0 court terme et permettra d'avoir un temps de r=E9ponse
plus court pour les questions fr=E9quentes.

Koumbit est une organisation =E0 but non lucratif, regroupant plus de 20
informaticiens et designers graphiques, bas=E9e =E0 Montr=E9al qui a une
double mission:

 1. Favoriser l'appropriation de l'informatique libre et
l'autonomisation technologique des groupes sociaux en cr=E9ant une
plateforme informatique collective et en fournissant des services et du
support =E0 l'utilisation des logiciels libres.

 2. Cr=E9er un espace d'entraide et de partage de ressources pour les
travailleurs des technologies de l'information engag=E9s socialement dans
leur milieu.

The Koumbit Forum

We are happy to announce the new forum mailing-list.  This list, open
to all, is meant to be both a place to discuss Koumbit's orientations &
policies, and a place to share our knowledges on Koumbit's services and
technical questions.

Use of this list should alleviate work of the administrators and allow
for a shorter response time for frequently asked questions.

About Koumbit

Koumbit is a Montreal-based non-profit organisation bringing together
about 20 IT and design professionals in order to:

   1. Promote appropriation of Free, Libre & Open Source Software
(FLOSS) by community groups in Quebec, Canada and abroad by creating a
collectively managed hosting platform and by providing technical
services and support related to the use of FLOSS tools.

   2. Create a space for pooling of skills and resources for
progressive minded autonomous IT workers.
