Another mailing list bobble, I hope fixed

Today's installment:

There were runaway exim (MTA) processes if Mailman was running.
As a first guess, I tried backing out a patch attempted yesterday 
to Mailman to fix the source of the _earlier_ problem, and restarted
services.  We seem to be back online.

Note in that posting to Volunteers my warning that I'm overcommited on
tasks and cannot keep dropping everything to investigate SVLUG problems.
If people want this LUG's operations to not collapse, there will need to 
be meaningful participation by others, and not just relying on me.

I.e., if everything collapses, don't just send me mail asking if there's
a problem and not bother to actually do anything, as that will likely
have no result going forward.
