Gmail & Googlemail subscribers' subscriptions were disabled (welcome back)

Listadmin note:

Earlier this evening, 387 subscribers to this mailing list who are using
either GMail or a domain served by Googlemail had their subscriptions
disabled by Mailman pretty nearly all at once, on account of excessive
'bounce score', which mass-damage upon examination resulted from
lists.svlug.org running headlong into a Google antispam policy rejecting
mail from an host with IPV6 SMTP transport if the AAAA DNS record
doesn't have a matching PTR reverse.[0]

I corrected this by locking down our MTA (SMTP software) to deliver
using IPV6 for now (as we don't currently really need IPV6 SMTP), and
(separately) Sarah Newman at prgmr.com was kind enough to quicky create 
a PTR record to match our AAAA reference record -- just in case we ever 
_do_ need IPV6 transport for SMTP, and care about GMail delivery.

Having un-fscked delivery to you 387 lucky people, I've also re-enabled
all of your subscriptions, so yay.  As I'm not 100% sure if you missed

[0] Not actually a new policy, so don't ask me why we hit it today when
yr. humble servant was trying to have a relaxing evening before
Thanksgiving travel, because I'm not sure.  If you figure that bit out,
do let me know.

[1] for the multilingual (and literal-minded):  Sure, that's not
technically a _scroll_ -- but you can scroll it, so there's that.
