This appears to be an X11 front-end (using the gtk2 graphics toolkit) 
for the X.org 'X RandR' extension (/usr/bin/xrandr).

If you like this graphical utility, logically you should install the
distro package furnishing /usr/bin/lxrandr .  I'm unclear on why you
would need to installed the entire LXDE Desktop Environment suite.
(That's a polite way of saying that you just don't.)


Typically, distro package lxrandr, as compiled, depends on:

libc6
libgtk2
libglib2
libatk (accessibility toolkit)
libcairo2 (Cairo 2D vector graphics)
libfontconfig1 (generic font configuration)
libfreetype6 (FreeType 2 font engine)
libgdk-pixbuf2 (GDK Pixbuf)
libpango-1 (Layout, rendering internationalized text)
libpangocairo-1 (ditto)
libpangoft2 (ditto)

That strikes me as a whole darned brass band, Steve.  Suggest you also
look into obvious alternatives that include:

o  Christian Amsüss's ARandR, a graphical front end to /usr/bin/xrandr
   requiring only PyGTK, Python2, and xrandr.
o  /usr/bin/xrandr .  The underlying X.org utility.  It won't bite you.
   And all you're doing with one of these other things is talking to 
   this very utility through additional layers of software, so maybe you
   should try just using it without bloatware middlemen.
