As a reminder, for an SVLUG meeting or any other SVLUG event to occur
and be promoted as such, all someone has to do is post the following:

o  date
o  time
o  place

...with the implied promise to be there and make it happen.  (I will
then list it on the SVLUG Web site and ensure that a timely announcement 
goes out to the svlug-announce mailing list -- which also reaches here
-- assuming I'm not busy with little umbrella drinks off the coast of
France or northern Italy.)

A famously flaky character (John Regan) _did_ find a way to make BAD's
Shotgun Rules malfunction for a while:  He repeatedly 'called' BAD
meetings with ridiculously little advance notice, resulting in failure
on account of dumbness.  Evan didn't think to include in the Shotgun 
Rules 'RULE 8:  Don't do dumb stuff like calling a meeting with only one
day's advance notice.'  Evan assumed basic competence.
