I appologize for not adding context to this report.
I saw the same thing, but we try to treat our customers systems as separate entities.
My thoughts went "I bet he hit the spam button my mistake", but as a third party, we're not in a position to reach out and ask a member of your list if he still wishes to be subscribed.

If we receive other reports like this, I'll forward them per our policy.
Just verify that they're subscribed and haven't requested removal, let us know, and that will let us close reports like this assuming nothing else changes.
For repeated reports for a single address, we might ask you to contact the subscriber to verify desire to continue a subscription.

I'll close this ticket.
