Click on your g+ icon at the top-right. It opens a panel and on the 
bottom-right is an option to 'Switch Account".

They keep switching me away from my youtube account to g+ as well. If 
they're not going to provide an easy migration tool, they should leave 
the darn accounts alone. >_>
