I'm sure you know that you always have the option of using an email provider that is independent of your ISP whether it's a no-cost service, like Gmail, or a paid service that hosts [email protected] Email and other services are easy to decouple from who provides Internet access for you. I've always treated my ISP as a provider of access and nothing else which is why to change from Rogers to TekSavvy didn't have any impact on anything other than my wallet as I got mostly better service for less money.
