Hi.

I was down all morning on Monday as well; same Teksavvy problem. I futzed
around with the modem for a bit, but in the end I put back my existing
credentials and left it, and the problem fixed itself.

As some people have said, I think the issue was with whatever
authentication servers Teksavvy was using. The connection was okay, just my
userid/password was coming back as invalid.

In my environment I had configured the Sagemcom modem/router as a
pass-through device to my Apple Time Capsule (which had the user/pw info),
but in troubleshooting it, I changed it back to the default config,
disabled the wifi, and configured the Time Capsule to work as a bridge
(with wifi). Same difference, really.

pm
