Mae is-adran newydd o'r wefan Kyfieithu ar gael rwan - mae Kywiro  
(http://www.kyfieithu.co.uk/kywiro) yn gatalog sy'n cynnwys bron pob un o'r 
cyfieithiadau a ddefnyddir yn y cyweithiau amrywiol sy'n ymwneud â meddalwedd 
rhydd.  Ar hyn o bryd, mae'n cynnwys bron 86,000 o gofnodion, dwbl y nifer 
oedd yn yr hen Hollysydd, a bydd ychwanegu llinynnau o gywaith arall yn y 
dyfodol agos yn cynyddu hyn i bron 110,000.  PhpBB yw'r unig gywaith pwysig 
sy ddim yno, a bydd hyn yn cael ei sugno i mewn pan ysgrifenna hidlen iddo.

Mae pawb sydd wedi bod yn gweithio ar yr ymdrechion cyfieithu yma, a sydd 
efo'u gwaith yn Kywiro, yn deilwng o barch - dangosa hyn bod y gwaith 
lleoleiddio yn cyrraedd mas critigol rwan.

Mae Kywiro yn rhedeg oddiar fersiwn newydd o Hollysydd, 0.3, sydd:
- efo cronfa ddata wedi ei hail-ddylunio, a trefn glanach ar y sgrin;
- yn mewnforio ffeiliau .ts Qt am y tro cyntaf;
- yn galluogi gwneud cywiriadau ac anodiadau i'r cofnodion.
Os buasai pob cywaith yn licio hysbysiad pan ychwanegir cywiriad neu sylwad, 
rhowch cyfeiriad ebost am gysylltiad i mi, a mi na'i ei drefnu.  Dydw i ddim 
yn disgwyl llawer o gywiriadau, ond o leiaf mae'r dull cywiro yno rwan i bobl 
sy'n meddwl ei bod hi'n bwysig.

Bydd Hollysydd 0.3 ar gael i'w lawrlwytho pan dwi'n cael amser i ysgrifennu 
dogfennaeth (!), ond os mae rhywun ei eisiau yn y cyfamser, gadewch i mi 
wybod.  Croeso hefyd i unrhyw sylwadau adeiladol ar y cymhwysiad neu'r 
cynnwys.

Korrect (http://www.kyfieithu.co.uk/korrect) is a new subsection of the 
Kyfieithu site which consists of a catalogue of almost all the translations 
used in the various free software projects.  It currently holds nearly 86,000 
entries, double the number of the old Omnivore, and the addition of strings 
from another project in the near future should take that up to nearly 
110,000.  The only major project not included is phpBB, and that will be 
sucked in when I write a filter for it.  

Respect is due to all those who have been working on these translation 
efforts, and whose work is included here - this demonstrates that 
localisation work is now reaching a critical mass.

Korrect runs off a new version of Omnivore, 0.3, which:
- has a redesigned database and a cleaner screen layout;
- handles the import of Qt .ts files for the first time;
- enables corrections and annotations to be made to the entries.
If each project would like notification when a correction or comment is added, 
give me an email address for a contact, so that I can arrange it.  I am not 
expecting a great many corrections, but at any rate the correction mechanism 
now exists for those who think it important.

Omnivore 0.3 will be made available for download when I can get around to 
writing some docs (!), but if anyone wants it in the meantime, just contact 
me.  Any constructive comments on either the app or the contents will be 
welcome.
