Hmmmn! When they were clear-net NZ they were a magic little company. real people at the end of the phone (yes a tel-co) subsequent corporate swallows I was in a position where I could barely understand the call center staff after being queued robotic for the mandatory twenty five minute wait period. I switched providers for this reason.
