In Frankton, the building where Kiwibank used to be, at 188 Commerce Street, has become Go Eco<https://www.goeco.org.nz/>.

Go Eco do electronic recycling<https://www.goeco.org.nz/page/live/>.

They charge for their re-cycling service. You can download<https://www.goeco.org.nz/site_files/16500/upload_files/2019PricelistE-Waste.pdf?dl=1> the pdf of their re-cycling prices.

Currently they are charging $1 for each cellphone.
