Norton Ghost will do the image.  However, you'll have to find something 
else to handle the resizing of the image to fill the 4 new disks after 
the imaging.  Depending on the version you have and your RAID 
controller, Adaptec Storage Manager may handle that, but I'm not 100% on 
that...
