Hello all, Its time for the next NPLUG meeting (Non-profit Linux Users Group). As you probably know we are dedicated to bringing Open Source into the world of non-profit organizations. When: Thursday July 18 at 6:30 PM Where: Korean American Community Services (KACS) 4300 North California ave Topic: We have two topics on the agenda: 1) A brief presentation by Bashir Muhammad about the possibility of creating a community owned web hosting solution on Chicago's far west side. 2) The main project will be the installation and configuration of IPCOP, a versatile and powerful (check it out at http://www.ipcop.org/cgi-bin/twiki/view/IPCop/WebHome ) Linux firewall application, by Ken Beach. Several non-profits have expressed a need for a firewall and we think that this may really fit the bill. We look forward to seeing you there.
