Interesting, but I didn't see any clustered solutions there - which means you have all kinds of single points of failure - basically anything except a disk or port failure will cause a service denial. Might be good for a cheap storage entry point for a startup or small business that can afford to take the risk (or simply can't afford to mitigate it), but definitely not enterprise ready. It is an India based company; they do have an office in the US. Their products are based on SuperMicro hardware. The SAS switch cluster was announced @ Broadcast India a few weeks ago and it may not be there on their website yet. I am sure SuperMicro has such partnerships on US soil as well.
