None of these solutions really work well. The best one I found was to boot with the rescue disk, then drop into the command prompt, then copy /users to the other drive, then build a junction from c:\users to d:\users. Then reboot. I tried it, but it couldn't find my user directory afterward. Not sure what the prob was. But I've grown tired and stuck the whole thing in a single drive.
