dd if=/dev/<windows partition> of=windows.iso bs=1M

The resulting iso image can then be moved and mounted as you like,
including being mounted and then shared via Samba.

Note: Be sure to replace <windows partition> with whatever the windows
partition is, I.E. /dev/sda1 /dev/sda2 /dev/hda1 etc.
