cron problem

I have the following cron jobs set up: #crontab -l 1 9 * * 1 /usr/bin/perl /usr/local/src/scripts/inactive.pl 1 14 * * 1-6 /usr/bin/perl /usr/local/src/scripts/upcoming.pl The first script (inactive.pl) executes, the second one does not.
