Sometimes. Note too that the other org I'm in that uses them actually
pays them for space, and they're still often uncooperative. This isn't
to say we shouldn't consider them though - they have free wifi and
projectors in almost every room.

We have a club house at my apartment that is nice. It has a small
kitchenette, and is big enough for 20 people to meet comfortably. We
could use the space for nothing, but couldn't restrict other people from
the space while using it. No internet either. It's not ideal, but it
would do in a pinch.
