XEN & CentOS best practices?

Folks:

Can anyone recommend a book or site that discusses best practices when implementing XEN under CentOS?

I've started playing with it on a new server I got and have run into some confusing information ... mainly due to the fact that CrenyOS tends to lag pretty far behind on package versions.
