Subject: [LUNI] OT? Maybe? SIP Voip providers

Probably off topic.. but there's a good number of intelligent people
on here so maybe I can pick everyone's brains for a bit.

I'm trying to get do some convoluted magic through phone providers,
but what I'm mainly looking for is a

decent VOIP provider that provides a SIP account. I'm using packet8
right now which is pretty decent service, but they
don't give you SIP credentials...

Something that's geared at home users with too much time on their hands.
