Largely correct - it's cat 3 into the house. I don't get throttled, and
often grab large binary images via bit torrent...

I've never used Uverse but I think the info here is not exactly correct.
Pretty sure Uverse is fiber to the curb not fiber to the house.  This makes
a significant difference in that you are still using DSL for connectivity.

I've got Comcast business and haven't noticed any throttling but unsure of
the upload amounts (I do run bittorent that feeds at 25KB/s much of the time
though).
