Backup Solution

I've been working on a backup solution and I want to get something like
a tape drive to put my backups on. I've though about using something
like and external HDD, but I dont really want to deal with that type of
system. 

The way I'm currently doing backups is I backup to a disk partition on
my Raid Array, but I want somewhere to put the full backups that I take
every month. I dont want to really on my Raid array for backups as I
use it for several other things as well, including my movie store. 

One server's backup is about 20GB, the rest are less then 1GB each.

Any recommendations, thoughts or ideas.
