[DLC] [LUNI] ANN: LUNI Migration

I asked about this a while back though some people weren't too excited
about the idea, I also haven't heart any major
objections either.

Right now LUNI is a bit too segregated for my taste.  I own the
domain/DNS, The server is VM managed by somebody else, and
a few folks have moderation rights here and there.

I'm going to start switching the luni-announce list over to a google group.

So if you're subscribed to luni-announce you'll be added to the new
group in the next few days, or you can
subscribe at:


http://groups.google.com/group/luni-announce-chicago

Same general idea, all posts are moderated and limited traffic to just
event announcements.
