winmodem driver

Anyone have this tarball?
ltmodem-8.30a1.tar.gz

For some reason its not available anymore at the usual download sites. I'd 
like to compile some winmodem divers at work and previous version doesn't 
work with 2.4.29 kernel/source and I don't feel like upgrading boxes to 
2.6.10 just to compile winmodem modules.
