Hi Rod,

Thought I would take a look at it (urpmi centericq) and in a minute I was up and looking at the config screen. Then I rang a friend to find out what messenger service he was running so I could put it through its paces. RATS, I had to join MSN, how distressing, I nearly checked with another friend,(I think I have 2). At any rate it was easy to set up and it worked well, once my friend corrected the typo in his entry of my new hotmail address.

So now I expect I will be looking for friends who use other networks.

Thanks for the tip Rod.
