I'm not sure how your doing it, but when I connect my SD-Card or camera,
its mounted as a remove able drive, and the format for the card/camera
is FAT, so would you have FAT handling compiled into your Kernel/FC3 ?

Having installed Fedora Core 3 recently, i thought i'd connect my
camera
and send a couple of piccies to my friend....the problem is that every

time i try to get my pictures out of the camera the system tells me;
'/The file system doesn't support getting file information/'!

The camera is detected correctly by the system and it has worked before

under Mandrake, i checked the Fedora bible for help without much
success, what have i NOT done? Am i missing some files or software? Can

anyone help?

Thanking you all in anticipation
Rom
